We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (SaaS) to join a rapidly growing technology company specializing in AI-based SaaS solutions for operational planning and optimization.
The successful candidate will join the sales team, playing a key role will manage and drive direct sales engagements into mid to large-size retail accounts and strategic partners in the territories you will cover, supported by the launch of a prospecting and product team.
Responsabilities
- You will serve as the main technical point of contact during the adoption phase for a defined portfolio of customers within a specific region or industry vertical.
- Support customers with product configuration, customization, and best-practice implementation. You will also guide and assist with integrations, including APIs, third-party systems, and data flows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the CSMs to execute the customer success plan and drive measurable outcomes.
- Provide proactive technical recommendations to improve adoption and value realization. You will also troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
• 2 years of experiencie in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineeering, Implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role, prefereably within a SaaS environment.
• A strong understanding of SaaS platforms, REST APIs, integrations, data mapping, and foundational knowledge of databases and system architecture.
• Experience managing complex product configurations and supporting system integrations. Furthermore, you have experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to technical documentation to support customer adoption.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Do you also speak Portuguese or Arabic ? That’s a huge plus for us!
