**YOUR TASKS**:
- Conceptualize and design PLM solutions in Siemens Teamcenter to meet the requirements of our business
- Support the analysis and improvement of Nordex business processes
- Manage projects with different complexity level in a volatile environment
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and workflows to drive the effective utilization of Teamcenter
- Lead external consultants and vendors, definition of work packages, tracking of implementation and ensure quality of deliverables, including trainings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of PLM Teamcenter solutions
**YOUR PROFILE**:
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter
- Proactive work attitude with the ability to think independently
- Problem solving skills
- Good knowledge in working with external suppliers
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in Computer Science or similar education
- English (fluent), German and or Spanish are valuable
- Availability to travel
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in NX (CAD) and its integration with Teamcenter
- Experience in other PLM Systems
- ERP/SAP and PLM to ERP integrations
- Data model configuration and workflow definition
- Requirement Management
- Supplier Collaboration and data provisioning
