From our Barcelona office we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator (Advanced/Native German).
\n
What you will do / Main responsibilities
\n
Process quotes and formal orders accurately and quickly.
\n
Support the sales department and customers in pre-sales and after-sales tasks: resolve issues and provide accurate information.
\n
Act as a liaison between customers and internal areas (sales, service delivery, collections) to resolve queries.
\n
Coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, applying company processes and compliance requirements.
\n
Perform routine administrative tasks following established procedures.
\n
Mandatory requirements
\n
German: preferably native.
\n
English: excellent written and verbal communication.
\n
Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
\n
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
\n
Experience with SAP/CRM is highly valued.
\n
Teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
\n
Specific conditions
\n
Location: Barcelona.
\n
Contract: 6-month temporary contract (via Gi Group ETT).
\n
Start date: 04/05/2026.
\n
Client: Agilent Technologies.
\n
Work mode: Hybrid (WTC Barcelona).
\n
Schedule: 40 hours/week — 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break).
\n
Salary: €28,000 gross per year. xiphteb

First month: full-time on-site attendance required for intensive training.
