As Services Delivery Manager you will guide the Transformer Production IT landscape, shaping the digital roadmap and delivering IT services across integral manufacturing sites. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve end‑to‑end processes, data flows, and system integrations that drive efficiency and quality. You lead multinational delivery teams, manage vendors, and steer strategic projects in a high‑impact transformer production environment. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to influence how production IT supports operational excellence and growth.

• Lead multinational teams to deliver IT services for the Transformer Production Planning and Operations portfolio
• Manage vendor contracts and deliverables; plan annual budget and develop multi‑year roadmap
• Work with business on backlog of change requests and coordinate implementation with vendors
• Define, plan and execute new projects in the portfolio
• Support business in end‑to‑end process excellence and data flow improvements across systems
• Collaborate with support teams to build integrations and automations
• Manage and facilitate governance meetings (CAB, monthly updates, weekly team meetings, ad hoc sessions)
• Ensure all applications comply with Hitachi Energy IT Governance and Cyber Security standards
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Manufacturing IT experience
• 3+ years of SAP MM and PP module experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects and application teams
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting and financial reporting
• Effective communication with business users and technical teams
• Knowledge of Hitachi Energy IT Project Governance process
