We distribute millions of products annually to our loyal customers, and your role will focus on key areas such as safety, service quality, customer experience, and departmental productivity.Main Responsibilities:
Review operational forecasts and determine productivity requirements for the sort operation;
manage a team to meet all departmental goals.Support safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers.Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.Supervisory Responsibilities:
You will oversee the day-to-day management of the delivery station, leading a team of Process Assistants, Operation Managers, and Delivery Service Providers. Your duties include conducting meetings, training, assigning tasks, and communicating with DSPs and management representatives.You are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring proper training, and addressing team needs to facilitate their focus on their roles. Leading change swiftly and innovatively is crucial to our success.Operational Support:
Receive, scan, lift, and move shipments up to 25 kg.Route shipments within the AMZL coverage area.Support and assign duties to process assistants.Adapt to operational changes and growth as needed.Monitor sorting operations and driver dispatch.Physical requirements include standing or walking an average of 5 miles daily and working in environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, or not air-conditioned.Key Job Responsibilities:
