The role (what you'll do)
* Open doors with target companies (CEOs, HR/TA Leaders, Division Heads) via LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions.
* Run a simple, value-first outreach: short discovery, map pain points, and book meetings for our team.
* Coordinate intro calls, proposals, and follow-ups with Humansforce consultants.
* Share market signals (open roles, reorganisations, expansion) to sharpen campaigns.
Ideal profile
* 3–7+ years in new-business / sales development / partnership sales (agency, SaaS, or services).
* Comfortable with prospecting and executive conversations; concise writer.
* Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* English and Spanish fluency required; German a plus.
* Independent, trustworthy, and outcome-driven.
Commission & earnings (high commissions)
* Commission-only (freelance/independent contractor).
* Generous commissions on every signed client and successful hire/project.
How success looks like:
2 positions means a comission of 5,000 - 8,000 EUR

Engagement model
* Freelance / autónomo (invoice us; flexible hours; remote within Europe).
