Your Mission

Your purpose will be to increase the conversion rate of digital leads into customers, defining and executing strategies that directly influence sales and business growth. You will turn leads into clients through advanced conversion strategies focused on prioritization, acceleration, nurturing and personalized journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, implement and optimize the end‑to‑end digital lead conversion strategy, increasing interview and sales conversion (CR).
- Design, refine and iterate nurturing and re‑engagement journeys using triggers, segmentation and customer insights.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose targeted actions to drive both short‑ and mid‑term conversion.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud teams (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, decision splits).
- Work closely with call center teams, agents and commercial units to ensure every lead receives the right treatment based on its conversion probability.
- Propose A/B tests, landing page improvements, creative optimization and new prioritization mechanisms.

What Will Help You Succeed

To feel comfortable in this position, it will help if you bring:

Experience

- 5+ years in digital conversion, funnel optimization and high‑touch industries (insurance, banking, telco or retail).
- Proven background leading projects where conversion is a critical KPI.
- Experience in insurance or assisted‑sales is highly valued.

Technical Expertise
- Strong command of lead nurturing, funnel acceleration, segmentation and conversion optimization.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, segmentation, personalization, Data Extensions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Lead Management).
- Analytical ability to interpret KPIs across the full funnel (valid leads, treated, policies).
- Knowledge of CRO, UX for conversion, A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Experience using behavioral data to personalize journeys is a plus.
- English B2–C1, essential for working with international teams.
