Job Description:
As a sales professional at Teleperformance Spain, your focus will be on engaging and acquiring high-potential advertisers to incorporate our marketing products into their current strategies.
* You will make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
* Create, maintain, and update databases of customers with complete information.
* Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones.
* Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail.
* Ensure continuous customer follow-up.
* Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies for our offerings.
* Handle customer needs and requirements.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:
* C2 level of Russian with fluent English.
* Previous sales experience.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Strong written and oral business communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment and collaborate with the broader team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
* Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
