Position Overview:
We are looking for a Commercial Transformation Manager to help shape the future of our commercial organization - from teams and processes to tools and data - across channels and throughout the full funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and technology, with strong exposure to C-level executives and global teams.
You will work closely with business and tech stakeholders to design and deploy new commercial capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure measurable value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Advisory
* Design future commercial operating model: Help define target organization structures, roles and ways of working for global and local commercial teams across the full funnel and all channels
* Shape processes and tooling roadmap: Partner with marketing, sales, product and IT to define future-state processes and requirements for CRM, marketing automation, data/analytics and other commercial tools
* Act as strategic sparring partner: Provide structured recommendations, business cases and decision support to the Global Commercial Transformation Director and C-level stakeholders on key transformation topics
Value Delivery & Change Management
* Lead value-focused initiatives: Partner with global teams, IT and external advisors to identify needs, remove roadblocks and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives end-to-end
* Define and track KPIs: Co-create KPI frameworks, dashboards and tracking mechanisms to measure adoption, performance and financial impact of commercial initiatives
* Drive adoption and behavior change: Design and support change management plans (communications, training, playbooks) to ensure sustained adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working
Stakeholder Management
* Build trust with business leaders: Provide thought leadership, structured problem-solving and tangible solutions that address real commercial pain points
* Engage and present to C-level: Prepare and deliver clear, insight-rich materials for senior leadership, distilling complex topics into concise messages and driving stakeholders to action
* Orchestrate ecosystem of partners: Build strong partnerships with vendors and external advisors and manage the day-to-day of ongoing projects to ensure aligned expectations and timely delivery
Qualifications & Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field required.
* Master’s degree and/or MBA highly valued
* Background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.G. MBB) or equivalent high-calibre advisory environment
* Experience working at the interface of business and technology, acting as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams (qué equipos concretos son)
* Experience in tech or digital-native companies is a plus, especially in roles close to product, data or commercial operations
* Prior exposure to healthcare services, PE-backed / portfolio companies and performance-driven environments is highly valued
* Proven experience operating in complex, global, multi-stakeholder organizations
Skills & Competencies
* Strong strategic and analytical skills;
excellent problem-structuring, modelling and synthesis capabilities
* Comfortable working with data, KPIs and business cases to support decision making
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently engage and challenge C-level stakeholders
* Strong project and program management skills;
able to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders
* Ability to influence without formal authority and to drive change across functions and geographies
Languages
* Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
* Additional competence in Italian is a plus

* Role based in Madrid, Spain
* Availability and willingness to travel frequently globally
