About La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel
Located in Deià, Mallorca, Spain, La Residencia is recruiting a Barman to join our team. The expected starting date is between March 2025 and April 2025.

Primary Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
* Interact with guests and take orders.
* Maintain a positive attitude, even under pressure.
* Prepare customized cocktails upon request.
* Ensure the quality of ingredients and drinks.
* Keep the work area clean and organized, including barware.
* Manage inventory of drinks, supplies, and barware.
* Collaborate with hotel staff to enhance guest experience.
* Respond to guest requests and needs.
* Create and update drink and cocktail menus.
* Mix drinks according to recipes and techniques.
* Promote responsible drinking policies.
* Innovate with new cocktails and drinks.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience as a bartender or barman.
* Knowledge of mixology.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
