About the Role

What You’ll Do
* Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
* Support customers during proof‑of‑concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
* Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.
* Collaborate with a global team in our remote‑first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.
What You’ll Need AI & LLM knowledge
* Understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, common model vendors, and common business use cases for AI.
* Understanding of training methods, fine tuning, and RAG application architectures.
* Understanding agents, agentic AI, tool usage, and MCP.
AI Security knowledge
* Deep understanding of prompt injection and related LLM vulnerabilities.
* Understanding of sensitive information disclosure (PII leakage) and data & model poisoning.
* Model tampering and extraction.
* Supply chain and third‑party risks.
* Risk mitigation and best practices.
* Familiarity with OWASP top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
Cloud & DevOps knowledge
* Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Docker, and secret management.
* Ability to explain IAM policies, storage, and ingress requirements for each model.
Programming & API Integration Experience
* Knowledge of APIs, HTTP request/response structure and token‑based authentication.
* Ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs in at least one supported language (Python, Node.js, or others).
* Explain request shaping, authentication, and error handling.
Communication & Presentation Skills
* Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, conducting product demonstrations, and writing architecture proposals.
Managing edge deployments
* Containerization and Docker knowledge.
* Kubernetes and container orchestration.
* Cloud provider tools (AWS, Azure, GCP), set up systems and manage networking.
* Cloud provider IAM.
* Moderate DevOps skills and troubleshooting.
Bonus Points
* Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support.
* Proven success working in distributed, remote‑first environments.
* Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR.
* Participation in sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
* Adaptability, fast‑moving mindset, and consultative sales approach.
* Strong team selling orientation and collaboration with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization.
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and problem‑resolution abilities.
* Willingness to experiment with new technologies to communicate unique value of CrowdStrike’s solutions.
