**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons that foster creativity, expression, and technical skill.
- Develop schemes of work and assessments aligned with the British curriculum.
- Encourage students to explore a variety of artistic media and techniques.
- Create a visually inspiring and organized classroom environment that showcases student work.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and reports.
- Organize and support art events, exhibitions, and enrichment activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into cross-curricular projects and school events.
- Maintain strong communication with students and parents.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an internationally recognized teaching certification.
- Experience teaching Art at the secondary level, ideally in a British or international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum for Art.
- A passion for inspiring creativity and artistic expression in students.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- A valid NIE and Social Security number are required for employment in Spain.
