Job Description
1. Requirements analysis.
2. Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
3. Provide effort estimations for projects.
4. Coordinate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
5. Analyze and improve application performance.
6. Collaborate with technology providers when required.
7. Validate solutions against functional requirements.
8. Adhere to Omega's software quality standards.
9. Generate functional documentation for projects.
10. Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting.
2. Experience with Field Service is a plus.
3. Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community, etc.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies.
