Experteer Overview In this role you will drive transient, corporate, sports, and group business for Hilton’s portfolio in Spain u0026amp;
Portugal. You’ll lead major accounts, shape account plans, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to grow revenue and loyalty. You’ll represent Hilton at industry events and manage key relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure strategy delivery. The opportunity combines strategic account management with hands-on business development in a high-visibility, market-facing role.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Develop and implement account plans aligned with commercial objectives to grow revenue from corporate, sports, and group accounts - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and source high-potential new accounts - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform proactive strategies - Coordinate participation in trade shows, roadshows, and client events to maximize exposure - Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, operations and HWS teams to align priorities - Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and other systems for reporting and performance tracking - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to develop business - Represent Hilton at industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence - Set work priorities and provide leadership to team members to achieve account portfolio goals - Ensure activities comply with governance and brand standards - Support hotel openings by aligning account strategies with launch objectives - Participate in internal sales reviews and planning sessions to share insights and best practices - Communicate regularly with hotels to ensure productive collaboration and convey customer valueResponsabilidades - Experience managing corporate and sports accounts and driving revenue growth - Ability to develop and manage account plans and relationships with senior stakeholders - Proactive business development skills and ability to source new opportunities - Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and governance compliance - Experience in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and in analyzing ROI for events and initiatives - Ability to monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordinglyRequisitos principales -
