Job Summary:
As a Sales Support Specialist at Agilent, you will play a critical role in facilitating the achievement of business objectives by supporting the Sales organization. You may participate in global initiatives involving supported tools like CPQ, CRM, Sales related Mendix tools, Spotfire reporting, and other business tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Channel Improvement: Engage with sales management to guide continuous improvement using existing and new business tools.
* Project Support: Participate in WW projects to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements for regions such as AFO/EMEAI/APAC.
* Troubleshooting: Support complex issues for CPQ, Reporting, and Sales tools.
* User Training: Provide training for supported business tools and reporting.
* Reporting Partnerships: Partner with Business Analytics leads to provide accurate and timely reporting.
* Process Continuity: Collaborate with other team members, IT, and global operations to drive process continuity across business channels.
* Business System Assignments: Work on business system/process assignments with broadly defined objectives and solve issues, challenges, and problems within the system/process of specialization.
Qualifications:
* Degree and Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
* Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with Agilent sales tools including SAP CRM/SFDC, SAP ECC, Mendix tools, Quoting tools. Knowledge of automation tools like RPA is an advantage.
* Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Ability to collaborate equally effectively through all hierarchical levels and work independently, prioritize workload, and solve problems.
* Business Intelligence Tools: Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Business Intelligence tools.
* Tool Utilization: Ability to support the development and deployment of tools needed for business growth and utilize Excel or other tools to generate custom reporting/analytics.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
