In this role, you will lead the commercialization strategy for Antech’s Reference Lab services across Europe and APAC, shaping the portfolio and growth initiatives. You will work with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to convert market insights into differentiated value propositions and measurable outcomes. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives to acquire and retain customers, expand utilization, and align messaging with the reference lab offering. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence diagnostics strategy at a global veterinary health leader.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and shape commercialization strategies using internal data and customer insights
• Design and optimize test portfolios and pricing across markets, aligning with operations and commercial messaging
• Develop differentiated value propositions and ensure consistency across sales materials and touchpoints
• Plan and execute annual/quarterly commercialization plans with demand planning, capacity alignment, and KPIs
• Lead customer onboarding experience design, define onboarding KPIs and dashboards, and own NPS framework
• Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Education, Lab Operations, IT, and Support to ensure unified customer experiences across channels
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related xpzdshu field
• 5-7+ years in strategic marketing or product management in Lab Services, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare, or similar
• Experience developing and executing commercialization strategies
• Cross-functional collaboration in complex or matrix environments
• Experience in veterinary or human diagnostics preferred; international experience a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills beneficial
