JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER CHLOÉ
ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department as part of a multifunctional team, reporting to the Group Brand Manager. You will design Marketing and Trade Brand plans of your responsibility ensuring the best implementation to achieve brand business targets
THE ROLE Design the annual plan for the brands and track monthly leading corrective actions if needed Design and implement marketing and trade plans of the brands assigned. Track results and analyze to get learnings for future actions in the market Project Management: Lead Initiatives Launches (media investment, planning, point of sale execution, trade plan ) engaging all other functions involved in them (Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Digital, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance ) Ensure Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI’s under control. Leverage market insights intelligence: identify market, brand and consumer trends to make diagnosis and strategic proposals for the brand. Forecast brand needs in terms of demand planning and ensure a proper Sales & Operations Process together with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Departments. Do internal and external vibrating brand presentations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
**Essential**: Experience as Junior Brand Manager or Product Manager minimum 2 years. Degree and/or Post-graduated in Business Administration Strong analytical skills, mainly applied in market database tools. Advanced usage on Microsoft office package, mainly excel and PowerPoint Proficiency level of English and Spanish languages Proactive attitude, solution provider mindset High cooperation skills, empathy approach on relations and versátil in the positions. Comfortable in running different projects at the same time, resilient to changes and difficulties. Strong ambition and passion for the beauty category
**Desirable**: Used to work in a multinational environment. Experience in luxury industry. Experience working with licensed brands. Used to work with NPD, Nielsen data for analysis and recommendation. Accountability experience for a full brand P&L; Ability to work with more than one brand accountability.
