They are seeking a high-calibre Strategy & Innovation Manager to join a strategic growth and transformation function focused on shaping business direction, driving innovation initiatives, and supporting executive-level decision making.

About the Role
As a Manager within the Strategy & Innovation team, you will lead strategic workstreams and help drive key business initiatives across multiple functions and leadership teams.
You will combine strategic thinking, analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution to support growth, transformation, and innovation programmes across the business. The role requires someone who can operate confidently with senior stakeholders, structure complex problems, deliver data-driven insights, and translate strategy into actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
• Lead strategic projects and workstreams focused on growth, innovation, and business transformation
• Develop robust fact bases, conduct analysis, generate insights, and shape strategic recommendations
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across business units and operational functions
• Drive initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives
Innovation & Market Insights
• Identify market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate business opportunities and challenges
• Bring external perspectives, innovative thinking, and growth ideas into the organisation
• Support business case development and strategic proposal creation
Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussions
• Communicate complex ideas and recommendations clearly and effectively
• Influence decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insight
What we are looking for
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Sciences, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated track record in management consulting in a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm with experience as an Associate, Consultant, or similar roles in Investment Banking or Product at a large technology company
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the delivery of strategy, innovation, and implementation projects in complex environments.
• Exceptional project management skills: adept at planning and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
• Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and pivot quickly.
• Experience in structuring strategic initiatives and building robust business proposals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Technology and/or aviation industry experience preferred.
