Millions of people rely on G+D every day, and our NOC team plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. /ppWhat will you do? /pulliAct as the first point of contact (Service Desk) for technical support to global customers. /liliMonitor systems and infrastructure using dashboards and supervision tools to detect incidents in real time. /liliCreate, resolve, and escalate tickets (incidents/requests/problems) via ServiceNow, in accordance with SLAs. /liliMaintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the incident lifecycle. /liliSupport user and access management, and coordinate scheduled maintenance windows. /liliAssist with technical tasks such as data import and system checks in Linux environments. /liliWork closely with other technical teams to ensure fast issue resolution and continuous improvement. /li /ulpWhat we are looking for? /pulliCustomer-focused mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills. /liliFluent English and French (spoken and written) – will be assessed during the interview. /liliPrevious experience in Help Desk or Service Desk environments. /liliFamiliar with monitoring tools and ticketing systems like ServiceNow. /liliBasic understanding of Linux systems and command-line operations. /liliProblem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. /liliWillingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7 coverage). /li /ulpWhat’s great about working with us? /ppCulture and Diversity: A people-oriented workplace with an international team, strong team spirit, and inclusive values.
