Your Key Responsibilities
* Input new regulatory requirements into corporate databases.
* Identify and communicate the impact of regulatory changes.
* Ensure data and documentation integrity.
* Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to regulatory data management.
* Assist in the development and enhancement of information systems and databases.
* Provide support on fragrance regulatory aspects and participate in cross-functional regulatory projects.

Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs, with knowledge of fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical regulations, safety data sheets, and database systems. Proficient in MS Office.
* Service-oriented, results-driven, creative, with strong communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented.
* Curious, innovative, and committed to positive change.
* Team player, respectful of diverse perspectives.
* Fluent in English; additional languages like French or Portuguese are a plus.
