Then Future Electronics wants to hear from you! We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support our EMEA team, covering the Barcelona area in Spain.

Job Outline :

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop business relationships with current and potential customers to generate and increase bookings and billings. This involves effective communication, positive negotiation, opportunity identification, profitable quoting, and demonstrating the company’s capabilities.

What the role involves :

* Qualify allocated accounts to assess their potential and determine the appropriate sales channel, meeting or exceeding targets.
* Implement the company's mission statement and six pillars go-to-market strategy.
* Conduct regular account visits, with a minimum of six per week, to present the company's unique sales propositions and create quoting or material listing opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer profiles and activity information within CRM, including visit reports and technical opportunities, and follow up on discovered opportunities to increase part count.
* Develop new accounts through self-initiative, support from line managers, technical teams, marketing, and corporate resources.
* Produce weekly call plans following the defined corporate format.
* Identify and develop design opportunities with support from the Technical team to facilitate sales of designed products and generate business.
* Regularly review the quote dashboard to maximize potential while ensuring data integrity.
* Conduct block diagram reviews consistently, involving the assigned FAE, line manager, and focus suppliers as needed.

Do you have :

* A proven sales track record within the electronics distribution industry or similar, demonstrating consistent high sales and focused account management. A degree qualification is preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Commercial awareness, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation focused on results.
* High accuracy, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the electronics distribution industry and current market; supplier knowledge is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
