Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director Brand to develop and implement the group-wide, integral digital communications strategy on the basis of the existing brand strategy
Lead the online communication and digital advertising projects – from the Concept to the international roll-out following the customer journey
Consultancy of the local Marketing teams in the adaptation of the digital strategy according to their country-specific needs and products
Develop global guidelines for web-based marketing (SEO/SEM, marketing database/social media) in order to create unique user experience and optimize sales
Lead the flexibly- adaptive Content strategy based on the Customer Journey in main markets
Additional Responsibilities
Identify trends and insights in Digital Brand Mgt., and elaborate concepts and proposals how to optimize relevance, brand fit and overall performance
Support in the planning and execution of local digital Marketing activities, incl. media planning
Review digital agency set up and build network
Lead the service providers (from creative digital agency, central SEO agency, to media agencies) and develop and implement local guidelines

Qualifications
Professional Experience and Education
Degree in Economics / Business Administration with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Management, Communication or Media management
Minimum 5 years job experience – with Category insights (FMCG, Non-food) as an advantage – with a proven track record in digital marketing, media management and ideally SEO
Good Technical knowledge of all relevant tools for analytics and data management
Experience in supervising outside vendors and agencies
Specific skills and knowledge
Experienced in identifying target audiences and running global digital campaigns, landing page content, user funnels and social media content
Ability to think in brands, digital trends and the changes of consumers
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills towards multiple stakeholders
Coordination and project management skills
