Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ASO Manager to own and enhance the visibility, discoverability, and performance of our mobile apps across the App Store and Google Play. The role focuses on data‑led, scalable ASO strategies across multiple brands and markets.
Purpose of the Role
As ASO Manager, you will drive sustainable organic growth by defining and executing end‑to‑end App Store Optimisation initiatives, including keyword optimisation, store listing management, creative asset performance, and ongoing analysis of ASO metrics to ensure continuous improvement and measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute ASO strategy across App Store and Google Play to drive scalable organic growth.
* Increase app visibility and rankings through keyword optimisation, metadata strategy, and ongoing market analysis.
* Manage and optimise app store listings end‑to‑end, including titles, descriptions, and localisation across multiple markets.
* Define and lead creative optimisation, including screenshots, video and messaging, to improve install conversion rates.
* Analyse performance and deliver insight‑led optimisation, using data to prioritise and scale what works.
* Partner with User Acquisition teams to align Apple Search Ads, keywords and creative for a seamless install journey.
* Manage and develop an ASO Executive, ensuring high‑quality execution and future capability growth.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in App Store Optimisation (ASO) within a consumer mobile environment.
* Demonstrable success driving organic installs, rankings and app visibility.
* Strong understanding of keyword optimisation and metadata strategy.
* Knowledge of App Store & Google Play ranking factors.
* Proficiency in store listing conversion drivers.
* Experience using ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, App Radar).
Relocation
Our Talent Acquisition Team will assist with flights, accommodation, and permanent housing if you relocate from abroad to Gibraltar.
