You'll manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive campaign performance through consultative selling and data-driven insights.Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
* Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
* Use AI-powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates
* Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing account management
* Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and outbound engagement
* Ability to translate marketing performance data into business recommendations
* Comfortable managing multiple accounts and a dynamic sales pipeline
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
* Native or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English
1–3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
* Experience working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
* Background in SMB growth, performance marketing, or media sales
* Experience using sales intelligence or AI sales tools (Gong, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
