- All areas of spa training, including all treatments and therapies
- Customer service and unique touchpoints
- Training to upsell treatments and services to client requirements and budget
- Maintain strict hygienic standards for the spa and personal appearance
- Promote and sell retail products
Requirements
- Technical massage and therapy experience
- Passion towards guest service
- Self‑motivated and goal‑driven
- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English; other languages are a bonus
