Hello! At Factorial, we’re looking for a **Revenue Analyst to help us define and scale how we monetize our products across global markets. We’re building the next generation of business software, and revenue is one of the key levers to make it happen. You’ll play a critical role in helping us define pricing strategies, explore new revenue streams, lead competitor intelligence, and optimize how we bring value to customers all over the world. **The Role As a **Revenue Analyst in our **Product Marketing & Growth team, you will help define, analyze, and communicate the strategies that shape our **pricing and monetization engine. Additionally, you must become the company referent in our **competitive landscape. This means not only tracking direct competitors but also monitoring emerging players and broader industry trends. You will work closely with stakeholders from the **CEO Office, Product, Finance, and Ops, and your work will have a direct impact on Factorial’s top-line growth.**Your Main Responsibilities:
* Defining pricing strategies for new products and features
* Optimizing pricing and bundling across our product portfolio
* Exploring and validating new monetization opportunities and revenue streams
* Owning pricing change logistics: aligning with Product, Ops, Finance, and Customer teams
* Building pricing models and performing scenario analysis in Excel
* Supporting go-to-market launches with clear, data-driven pricing insights
* Conducting thorough competitor research and maintain up-to-date competitor profiles.
* Supporting the GTM organization with strong battlecards, positioning guides, and objection-handling materials.
* Provide regular training to ensure our salesforce knows how to use this information effectively.
* Regularly conduct win/loss analysis to uncover patterns in sales performance.
* Acting as a thought partner to leadership on monetization decisions
* Analyze each product line performance to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities, delivering recommendations that drive top-line impact **Your Profile We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and driven by impact.
* Fluent in **English (C1+); **Spanish, **French, Italian, or German are a strong plus
* 2+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, growth, or analytics
* Strong Excel skills and analytical toolkit
* Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
* Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Previous experience in a **SaaS or **HRIS/ERP company is a plus
* Familiarity with pricing tools, market research, and customer segmentation is a bonus
