**Your Role**
- We offer a Hygiene Technician position in the Monjos team. The objective is to monitor and update the cleaning plan to ensure optimal operating conditions and optimisation of performance indicators.
**What you will do**
- Oversee compliance with cleaning and disinfection protocols in accordance with health standards and ensure that procedures comply with food safety requirements.
- Coordinate internal staff and external cleaning companies, including regular monitoring and evaluation of cleaning contractors.
- Monitoring of protocols and parameters to measure the effectiveness of cleaning
- Description of tasks according to the production programme and auxiliary tasks
- Control of cleaning staff
- Regular supervision and evaluation of cleaning contractors
- Communication of hygiene results and regular awareness events
- Supervision of pest control contractor
**What we are looking for**
- Health Science Education (Biology, Chemical...)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Intermediate level of English
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication skills
- Motivation
- Analytical skills
- Attention to environmental issues and especially waste segregation
