We are strengthening our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization and are looking for a T&E Process Expert to support our global Travel & Expense processes.
This role acts as a process expert for Travel & Expense (T&E), ensuring the consistent implementation and application of the global T&E operating model defined by the Global Process Owner (GPO), once countries and solutions transition into the maintenance phase.
This position will report directly to the Purchase to Pay Global Process Owner.
You will work closely with Finance, IT, local country teams and vendors, supporting Hypercare during implementations and taking ownership of T&E processes in steady state, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure correct application of the global T&E operating model across countriesSupport implementation projects during Hypercare, in collaboration with the Integration LeadTake responsibility for T&E processes once in maintenance & support modeCoordinate the T&E maintenance & support model, including governance and escalationsIdentify gaps or local exceptions and analyze and escalate them to the GPOAct as the functional liaison between Finance, IT, vendors and country teamsSupport audits, compliance and accounting-related topics linked to T&E
What we are looking for:
3–5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Finance Operations or process-driven Finance rolesMandatory SAP experience from a user / process perspective (Finance context)Solid accounting knowledge related to expenses (postings, cost allocation, VAT basics)Experience working in multinational environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsFluent English (additional languages are a plus)Note: This role does not require SAP technical customizing or development experience.
