Experteer Overview In this role, you’ll lead agile delivery across martech squads to enhance omnichannel customer experiences for a high-transaction environment. You’ll act as the bridge between programme managers, product owners and delivery partners, ensuring smooth service design, delivery, and production onboarding. Your focus is on improving collaboration, governance, and delivery speed while maintaining security and quality. - Facilitate agile delivery frameworks to boost collaboration and feature development across integrations.
- Act as primary liaison between programme managers, product owners and delivery partners.
- Lead service management activities for design and transition of new services.
- Drive demand planning, balancing workload with team capacity and promoting agile practices.
- Identify and mitigate cross-initiative risks and dependencies with Technology and Product managers.
- Improve ways of working across martech squads and related teams to accelerate delivery.
- Uphold governance on design, quality and security within Technical Architecture.
- Champion end-to-end feature delivery into production with emphasis on quality assurance.
- Promote compliance with information security standards and maintain risk registers.
- Drive continuous process improvements and maintain robust technical documentation.
- Foster strong cross-team relationships to support effective communication and recognize achievements.
- Empower teams to self-organise and apply agile methodologies to boost performance and innovation.
- Coordinate with support teams for incident escalation and resolution via martech development teams when needed.Responsabilidades
- Extensive experience delivering app or web releases in a high-transaction environment using agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams onsite and remotely.
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
- Proficiency in vendor management with experience handling external partners and offshore teams.
- Innovative problem-solving with pragmatic, action-oriented approach.
- Proactive team player who champions agile practices and continuous improvement.
