In this role you will lead HR Operations for Europe South, focusing on Italy and Spain with oversight in Greece. You partner with business leaders to ensure compliant, high-quality HR service delivery and a strong employee experience across a multi-country region. You will drive end-to-end HR processes, policy localization, and reporting to support growth. This is an international, results-oriented position with impact on scaling HR operations and aligning local needs with global practices.

- Oversee payroll execution and HR administration, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Serve as main point of contact for managers and staff on HR operational matters; manage full employee lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws in Italy, Spain, and Greece; manage unions where applicable
- Localize and implement integral HR policies and processes while respecting market specifics
- Deliver HR reporting and insights; monitor headcount, turnover, and absenteeism
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to enable organizational effectiveness; align with global HR teams

Responsabilidades

- Fluent Spanish and Italian
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Knowledge of Italy and Spain labor law
- Proficient in Excel and xugodme Word
- English working knowledge
- Ability to manage conflict and ambiguity; strong problem solving
- Credible negotiator with high integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of handling sensitive issues
- Ability to manage complex workloads and deadlines
