Responsibilities
* Proactively identify companies (SMEs and large corporations) with a strategic need for team English proficiency improvement, targeting HR, CEOs, managers, and L&D departments.
* Leverage your strong network to initiate and cultivate trusted relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
* Lead meetings to showcase LingoFlow’s unique value proposition: tailored curricula, certified native‑speaking teachers, flexible online delivery powered by AI.
* Actively represent LingoFlow in the local corporate community to strengthen market presence and credibility.
* Conduct thorough client needs assessments to ensure proposals accurately reflect industry, terminology, and proficiency goals.
* Participate in regular check‑ins with the LingoFlow team to review progress, discuss challenges, and align on performance goals.
Qualifications
* Proven and extensive professional network within the corporate sector (HR, Training, Management) in Spain.
* At least 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Consulting in your country.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results‑driven mindset comfortable operating independently.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Native fluency in Spanish and strong professional English proficiency.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
