We're hiring a **Regional Capex and Reliability & Maintenance Leader for our EMEA Biologicals business.**

As Regional Capex and Reliability & Maintenance Leader you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support in all aspects of Capex management and R&M; within the region. You will collaborate with global resources, site maintenance leaders, and regional business stakeholders to ensure adequate management and implementation of capital projects, integrating appropriate R&M; tools into site improvement and execution plans. You support both site leadership and business leaders with the right rituals, cadence, and metrics to ensure Capex and R&M; activities meet business needs and drive functional excellence.
**Your Challenge**:
- Coordinate Capex process across plants in the region, including identification of business needs, development of annual budgets and definition of project scopes for relevant projects.
- Ensures capital projects are managed according to company policies and standards.
- Supports implementation of projects at regional locations providing guidance on project execution.
- Ensures Management of Change policy is followed for applicable projects and activities.
- Drive maintenance best practices: Innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize, train, collect, measure, and analyze key performance indicators to improve processes.
- Develop functional competencies across all sites.
- Support regional business leaders with integrating R&M; metrics and best practices into regional rituals and cadence to ensure implementation.
- Develop and implement effective predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure production location maintenance activities are in adherence to corporate standards / guidelines including EHS&S;
- Perform on-boarding and on-going coaching with Maintenance Supervisors at production locations.
- Facilitate acquisition of tools and resources to support regional needs from global team or regional support resources in a manner aligned with general strategy.
- Assists in developing and implementing regional strategies to identify, prioritize, and implement proactive maintenance and asset reliability improvement processes.
- Implement and maintain Reliability Key Performance Indicators.
- Utilizes leadership and expertise in the principles of Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance to create an environment of continuous, aggressive defect elimination program that drives asset reliability improvement.

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
Must have
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to manage change and develop, foster, and excel in a team environment.
- Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills; able to take a “hands-on” approach in training and execution.
Desired
- 2+ years of relevant experience in production/maintenance/engineering environment.
- Knowledge of Predictive/Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of OEE, LEAN, Six Sigma will be an asset.
