Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle for the assigned Business Units and countries, coordinating monthly/quarterly/annual close to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
* Own Cash-to-Cash (C2C) reporting and working capital analysis, coordinating with Treasury and AP/AR to ensure consistent definitions, data quality and actionable insights.
* Prepare and review standalone statutory financial statements and support external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
* Support the preparation of the Annual Accounts (Cuentas Anuales), ensuring completeness, traceability and robust documentation.
* Deliver key management and Group reporting packages for internal stakeholders (Corporate Finance, management, Business Units), translating transactions into clear, decision-useful reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes and reporting: standardization, efficiency, automation and internal control reinforcement, contributing to cross-functional/general initiatives.
* Participate in Finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations and other digitalization initiatives within the area.
Qualifications
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Finance and/or Accounting.
* Experience in Accounting, Consolidation, Reporting, Controlling or Audit (minimum 3 years in audit, ideally Big Four).
* Strong accounting knowledge under IFRS and Spanish GAAP (Plan General de Contabilidad) with solid financial statement analysis skills.
* Strong systems and data toolkit: advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP FI-CO and SAP BPC is highly valued; Power BI knowledge is an asset.
* Strong personal skills: proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management; analytical and detail-oriented; proactive, adaptable and results-driven problem solver.
* Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
