About the RoleAs the Business Process Lead S2P (Source to Pay), you will drive good practice, decision making, and quality within the workstream.
Responsibilities
Challenge Unilabs to standardize and adopt out‑of‑the‑box processes, considering best practice and efficient operations.
Deliver initial engagement and fit‑gap sessions through knowledge of the target process and solution.
Manage stakeholders to gain alignment and understanding of design challenges, delivering robust process solutions that are comprehensive for each business area.
Provide task management within the process team to ensure all deliverables are completed per the project plan.
Accountable for process team deliverables with sub‑deliverables:
Design requirements
E2E business scenarios
Process documentation (as‑is and to‑be)
Support testing of the solution in Systems Integration Test.
Sign off SIT and advise business on UAT sign‑off.
Work with Global Process Owners to identify and track KPIs for process areas.
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the process area.
Support GPOs to scope and evaluate change requests across the existing environment.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business areas (finance, procurement, IT, and other departments) to ensure project alignment and integration.
Act as the primary point of contact for process design issues and inquiries.
Collaborate with all teams to achieve project objectives, including third‑party and support organizations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop and utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
Generate regular reports on project status, process metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Conduct root‑cause analysis for process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project and process documentation.
Training & Support
Provide training and support to team members and end‑users on process‑related tools and best practices.
RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Expertise in relevant modules in “best in class” ERP;
Microsoft D365 expertise is a plus.
Expertise with “best in class” sourcing tools – Coupa expertise is a plus.
Expertise with “best in class” OCR solutions – ExFlow expertise is a plus.
Proven experience in functional and technical capabilities within the respective process domain.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools, including technology change projects.
Strong understanding of financial operations and best practices.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with ERP systems relevant to the process domain.
