Own the full recruitment cycle: from role briefing to offer and closing.Define the ideal tech profile with the client: tech stack, scope, seniority, team context.Design and execute search strategies: headhunting, market mapping, inbound and community sourcing.Interview candidates and assess technical understanding, business impact and cultural fit.Present strong shortlists with clear insights, not just CVs.Manage processes end-to-end: interviews, feedback loops, offer negotiation and closing.Ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and clients. Work closely with hiring managers, founders, CTOs and HR as a trusted advisor.Challenge and refine role definitions when needed.Provide market insights: salary benchmarks, availability of talent, hiring trends.Help clients make better hiring decisions, not just faster ones. What we're looking for
2–4 years of experience in Tech Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house).Strong experience running end-to-end recruitment processes.Solid understanding of tech roles (engineering, product, data, etc.).High bar for quality: you care about fit, not just closing.Strong communication skills and ability to interact with tech stakeholders and HR.Structured, organised and able to manage multiple processes at once.Consultative mindset: you don't just execute, you advise and improve hiring processes.Native or fluent Spanish and good level of English is a plus.Ownership, attention to detail and pride in doing things well.
