Our client seeks an experienced influencer marketing professional to strengthen their Spanish Performance Team with clear strategy, extensive creator networks, and measurable performance. You'll work 100% remotely from Spain, managing the full cycle of influencer campaigns while driving significant brand growth through your existing network, trend awareness, and performance expertise.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, where you'll identify the right creators, build lasting relationships, and handle negotiations to secure the best brand partnerships. You'll continuously monitor performance, analyze metrics, and detect relevant trends to apply strategically for optimal campaign success in the health and wellness space.
Responsibilities
Manage Full Campaign Cycles : Take charge of every phase from initial research and planning to final execution and post-campaign management
Creator Identification & Relationships : Identify the right creators, build long-lasting relationships, and handle contract negotiations to secure optimal brand partners
Holistic Collaboration Management : Oversee all active collaborations from campaign coordination through final evaluation and performance assessment
Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze relevant metrics, and derive actionable insights for goal-oriented optimization
Trend Detection : Identify relevant trends in influencer marketing early and apply them strategically to enhance brand positioning and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
Proven Experience : 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing with deep understanding of campaign success factors
Analytical Excellence : Strong analytical skills with confidence navigating data and deep understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM
Established Network : Own network of relevant influencers with ability to build strategic relationships, maintain them long-term, and create mutually valuable collaborations
Communication Skills : Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication with sharp negotiation instincts for daily partnership discussions
Technical Proficiency : Experience with tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms for data-driven campaign management and optimization
Trend Analysis : Precision in analysis with great eye for trends, identifying relevant personalities, platforms, and developments in social media sphere
Language Requirements : Native Spanish speaker (negotiation level) with very good English skills for internal and external communication
Location & Experience : Based in Spain with experience working in remote and multicultural environments
