Responsibilities:
* Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, and be responsible for retail strategy execution.
* Work with local distributors and retail partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns and carry out effective promotions to increase sell-out.
* Develop new Mi stores and Mi zones to enhance Xiaomi's offline brand image and in-store visibility.
* Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase.
Requirements:
* University graduate in Marketing or Business Management.
* Proven working experience in retail marketing of mobile phones with extensive knowledge.
* Understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance.
* Strategic and analytical thinking skills to improve brand market share.
* Innovative with a good understanding of consumer interactive experiences in different events.
* Excellent communication skills and coordination ability.
* 5-10 years of experience in the retail industry.
