This is an exciting position for someone experienced in HR and People & Culture responsibilities to build up the HR function in a growing company. BELECTRIC España was founded in 2024 with the goal of developing photovoltaic and energy storage projects, covering the entire value chain—from development to operation and maintenance.

The responsibitlies we entrust you with
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, managing applications, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Prepare People & Culture related correspondence, scheduling meetings, and updating documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and wider People & Culture projects as required.
- Support line managers in all aspects of People & Culture, advising on employment law issues and best practice
- Coordinate Payroll administration via external provide
- Coordinate offboarding, coordinating IT returns, exit interviews, etc.
- Process IT requests, people changes, new starters, leavers and communicate with IT team at Belectric GmbH
- Produce relevant employee correspondence (e.g. salary increases, promotions, etc.)
- Maintain organisational chart maintenance
- Produce monthly and other HR group reporting
- Maintain leave registers including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave
- Training – booking all HSE, development, and job role training; setting up new suppliers; managing training cost agreements
- Contractor management – reporting on contractor hours
- Develop HR system in line with group requirements
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, ideally in growing organization or startup
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant subject
- Experience coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding of new starters
- Experience across a broad range of HR topics including record administration, employee relations, training & development
- Good numerical skills and comfortable dealing with budgets and financial figures
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels
- Proficient language skills in Spanish and English
