We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. The role entails troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing and maintaining IT equipment and escalating complex problems when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install and maintain IT equipment.
3. Evaluate and escalate complex problems to higher support levels when required.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
2. Proficiency in Windows and MacOS systems.
3. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication abilities.
5. Advanced English language proficiency required.
