What are we looking for? Manage the full lifecycle of corporate, sports, and trade events, including international events with over 1,000 participants.
Review briefings and act as the primary client contact for clarifications.
Define objectives and goals for each event aligned with the proposal.
Develop work plans with schedules, budgets, and required resources.
Create creative and technical proposals in collaboration with the creative team.
Select, negotiate with, and coordinate suppliers (venues, catering, audiovisuals, décor).
Coordinate with internal departments such as Administration, Marketing, and Creative.
Maintain continuous client follow-up according to established protocols.
Organize documentation, prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs.
Coordinate comprehensive logistics: space distribution, guest flow, and scheduling.
Resolve issues effectively to ensure excellent client service.
Conduct post-event debriefings, results analysis, and prepare case studies and satisfaction surveys.
Manage invoicing and documentation archiving.
The Challenge! What do you need? Degree in Protocol and Event Management; additional training in Advertising, Public Relations, or Audiovisuals is a plus.
Spanish and English, C1 level.
At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end corporate event execution, including international, sports, and trade events.
Strong knowledge of comprehensive event management, supplier negotiation, and sustainability applied to events.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
