Experteer Overview In this role you will own and evolve Agilent’s global recruiting operations, systems, and analytics to enable fast, compliant hiring at scale. You will lead cross-region operations, implement AI-enabled automation, and partner with finance and legal to ensure governance and workforce planning accuracy. You’ll shape a scalable recruiting infrastructure, drive transformation across tools and processes, and deliver measurable impact on speed, quality, and capacity. - Lead end-to-end recruiting operations across regions and business units

- 10+ years in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Infrastructure, Workforce Planning, or People Systems
- 5+ years leading global or distributed teams
- Proven track record scaling recruiting operations in high-growth, multi-region settings
- Deep expertise with ATS platforms (e.G., Workday, Greenhouse) and AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Experience implementing automation and AI solutions to boost efficiency
- Strong analytics: dashboards, capacity modeling, KPI governance
- Experience partnering with Finance on headcount forecasting and workforce planning
- Knowledge of international labor compliance, data privacy, and inclusive hiring practices
- Executive presence and strong cross-functional influencing skills
