PAt bORTEC ENGINEERING SPAIN /b, we are reinforcing our digitalization and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) teams to develop advanced artificial intelligence solutions applied to complex industrial systems. /ppWe are looking for an bAI Engineer /b to support the implementation of predictive and data-driven solutions within aerospace and defence programmes, transforming operational and maintenance data into intelligent support strategies and life-cycle optimization tools. /ppbr/ppbJob Description /b /ppAs part of our ILS and digital engineering team, you will contribute to the development of AI-based solutions supporting maintenance, reliability and operational performance. /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliDevelopment of AI-based models for predictive maintenance, fault detection and performance analysis. /liliCreation and support of data pipelines, analytics tools and machine learning components integrated within the ILS environment. /liliAnalysis of operational and maintenance data to improve life-cycle support strategies. /liliCollaboration with ILS and engineering teams to transform raw data into decision-ready insights. /liliContribution to digital tools for maintenance planning, simulation and operational forecasting. /liliEvaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI, ML, advanced analytics, automation) to enhance supportability solutions. /li /ulpbr/ppbProfile /b /ppWe are looking for professionals with the following background: /pulliDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related technical field. /liliProven experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science, either industrial or through strong academic and project-based experience. /liliSolid understanding of ML concepts such as classification, regression, time-series modelling, anomaly detection, clustering and forecasting. /liliExperience working with real system data (sensors, logs, maintenance records or operational datasets). /liliStrong programming skills in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). /liliKnowledge of APIs and version control tools (e.g., FastAPI/Flask, Git). /liliHigh level of English (C1 minimum). /liliAvailability for occasional European travel. /li /ulpKnowledge of ILS / supportability concepts is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
