Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover I 2026/2027 – Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consist in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August is disabled for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description
Be involved in all the activities developed in the Systems Installation department: Mechanical Systems Installation detailed design, In‑Service Support, Production support. Gain detailed knowledge of all the activities developed in the Airbus Commercial Spain – Mechanical Systems Installation department and acquire general knowledge about all Airbus Products Family (our department works for all aircraft families within Airbus Commercial – Spain perimeter). Tools to be used: Google tools and CATIA V5.

- Degree in aeronautical engineering
- Level B2 Spanish
- Level B2 English
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills
- Ability to work in complex and international environments
