What You’ll Do
We seek a SAP Business Lead with a proven track record of delivering SAP projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business team through an SAP S/4HANA implementation for the EMEA region.
You Will
* Collaborate with business leaders on business requirements
* Manage and communicate project status to maintain accurate and current project information for stakeholders
* Establish clear expectations with project leadership, team members, and stakeholders
* Manage inter-dependencies and coordinate to ensure effective communication of project deliverables, risks, and issues, and monitor key performance indicators
* Mobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment, and materials)
* Assign project work to resources
* Manage 3rd party consultants effectively
* Coordinate resources and tasks among project owners across various locations globally
* Manage project changes according to the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts
* Foster accountability among cross-functional team leads to resolve issues and ensure success
* Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement
* This position is based in our Pamplona, Spain office
* Other duties as assigned
The Qualifications You Must Have
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Experience managing at least 2 full lifecycle SAP projects
* Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
* 10+ years of experience leading IT projects or similar deliverable lifecycles
* Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills
* Ability to contribute positively and motivate others
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Expertise in project management, vendor management, and deliverables
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
* Experience facilitating organizational change with stakeholders
* Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
* Proactive, good judgment, and results-oriented
* Ability to work across multiple organizations and in a fast-paced environment
* Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
