We’re looking for aCommunity Lead with strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and a passion for connecting people and data.
At Startup Valencia, the Community Lead is the strategic manager of our community platform, playing a key role in activating meaningful connections, tracking performance metrics, and managing member benefits.
This role blends the relational side of community building with the rigor of account management, data operations, and project execution. If you have experience in account management, customer success, or sales, and you’re confident handling external stakeholders — this might be the role for you.
What will your day-to-day look like?
* Ensure data quality for startups, investors, and partners in our CRM
* Monitor matchmakings and analyze effectiveness
* Prepare reports on performance, trends, and ecosystem growth
* Serve as a key point of contact for startups, investors, and community partners
* Build relationships and provide support to maximize mutual value
3. Benefits & Visibility Management
* Manage available perks and benefits for our community
* Activate new opportunities with strategic partners
* Facilitate meaningful connections between startups, investors, and corporates
* Support scouting activities for programs, events, and partner needs
* Design and execute projects with clear timelines and objectives
* Keep internal resources up to date (handbooks, guides, workflows)
* Share insights and improvements with marketing and operations teams
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, community, or sales
* Strong relationship management and strategic thinking skills
* Analytical, organized, and results-driven profile
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects
* Ability to confidently pitch initiatives and value propositions
* Proficient in tools like CRM, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, and Google Workspace
* Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
* Fluent communication in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
