We are seeking an experienced and strategicExecutive Chefto lead the culinary direction of a high-profile, large-scale hospitality operation.
This role is focused onleading, structuring, and scaling a complex multi-outlet food operation, delivering consistent and high-quality culinary experiences across a variety of service formats and customer segments.
The successful candidate will act as acentral leader across multiple kitchen environments, driving culinary excellence, operational structure, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and implement amulti-tiered culinary strategyacross different service levels
2. Ensureconsistency, quality, and scalabilityacross all kitchen operations
3. Oversee amulti-kitchen structure, including central production
4. Build and optimizeprocesses and systemsfor high-volume delivery
5. Lead, develop, and structure alarge culinary team
6. Maintain strong focus oncost control and operational performance
7. Contribute toculinary concepts for events and varied service formats
8. Ensure alignment betweenculinary execution and business objectives
