Complutum Montessori School is an international school for ages 3 to 16 based on the Montessori method and founded by guides with extensive Montessori experience.
We are a worker cooperative that integrates teachers into the school's management to ensure fidelity to the methodology and provide stability to the environments, working as a team to improve day by day.
We are an American school, so the presence of English in the environment and in learning is very important, with communication and the introduction of knowledge in English.
Required profile:
Montessori certification for ages 6–12
More than 3 years' experience in Montessori environments and classroom management
High level of English (C1–C2)

Role responsibilities:
Design and maintain a prepared Montessori environment adapted to students' needs and interests.
Communicate with and support students in their personal development and learning, modeling and giving presentations in English.
Welcome students; take responsibility for the Montessori work cycle; supervise playground and lunch; lead complementary workshops (art, music, practical life, etc.); dismiss students to their families; communicate incidents or notable events to the team and families.
Collaborate with other guides/assistants within the environment and across stages.
Communicate with families daily and in individual conferences.
Record weekly follow-up and observations and issue quarterly reports.
Attend and actively participate in pedagogical meetings, training days, group tutorials, family school sessions, and events held outside regular working hours.
Foster autonomy, concentration, and conflict resolution.
Provide emotional support and maintain respectful communication.

Montessori experience/certification in other educational stages
Training in emotional guidance:
Positive Discipline, Active Listening, Nonviolent Communication, or similar
Early Childhood/Primary Education degree

Artistic and/or musical ability
Nature-based activities
