Global Campaign Manager (Pharmaceutical Sector) Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Global Campaign Manager to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
You will manage the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and measurement of Animal Health marketing campaigns. You will turn the multichannel campaign and provided content as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by marketing stakeholders into series of workflows and deliveries in our marketing automation tool (Adobe Campaign & Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Campaign Manager will use his/her knowledge as a subject matter expert in marketing automation to act as a consultant with our stakeholders to drive best practices in their marketing campaigns while also developing the campaigns within the toolset in a technically efficient and effective way.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that campaigns are built and measured according to the global standards and best practices
Ensure that the workflows and deliveries that are built serve the business needs as defined in the campaign briefings provided by OPU.
Ensure that the Campaign Analyst receive the correct data for their reporting and analytics.
Ensure that documentation provided by OPUs is according to standards
Ensure high end-to-end quality of multichannel campaigns, including measurement
Ensure to work both independently and with DCS coordinator to ensure toolset is being used in the most efficient manner
Provide a consultancy approach and present reports and user cases in community meetings
Work with OPUs on developing best practices that can be replicated to other OPUs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in business administration and strong affinity with tech or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.
2+ years experience managing campaigns in an international environment
2+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory) and Adobe Campaign Classic or any other campaign marketing automation tool
Project Management Knowledge and agile Mindset
Marketing Automation knowledge is a plus
Experience as a Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy or other project delivery environment; Consultant experience would be a great plus
The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English
Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.
Communicate effectively, collaboration skills, problem solving, self-motivation and excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, thinking out-of-the-box with innovative ideas.
