Inmasol Promociones y Desarrollos SLU (formerly Construcciones Hermanos Pulido) was originally founded in 1987 in Marbella. Because we manage complex construction phases, we are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Foreman to lead our building projects. This specialized professional will be directly responsible for ensuring that every project meets strict deadlines, budget requirements, and high-quality standards.
Detailed Key Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will perform the following critical duties:
* Site Management: You will actively plan and organize all construction activities while coordinating various teams and subcontractors.
* Execution and Supervision: You must direct construction works at the site to ensure full compliance with technical and safety specifications.
* Risk Prevention: It is essential that you strictly enforce all health and safety regulations by implementing necessary preventive measures.
* Quality Control: You will monitor the quality of every task performed to identify and resolve any deviations from project requirements quickly.
* Personnel Management: You will supervise a team of 21 to 50 workers by assigning daily tasks and evaluating overall performance.
* Technical Interpretation: Furthermore, you must accurately interpret and apply technical information found in construction plans and project specifications.
Professional Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Proven Experience: You must possess more than 10 years of specific experience in building construction management.
* Education: A University Diploma (Diplomatura) is strictly required for this professional position.
* Core Skills: We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of labor risk prevention.
* Technical Knowledge: Additionally, you should be proficient in site planning, resource allocation, and technical supervision.
