Key Responsibilities
* Resource planning aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
* Anticipate business needs related to workforce planning, considering aging population and rotation.
* Provide direction on recruitment strategy based on targets and required profiles.
* Allocate resources to meet client needs effectively.
* Monitor employees’ holiday schedules to ensure zero impact on client requirements.
* Manage conflicts related to competing priorities or overlapping resource demands.
* Ensure training completion across the assigned group through spot checks (Accountable).
* Ensure quality compliance in line with group requirements (Accountable).
* Ensure timely approval of timesheets and compliance with regulated working hours (Accountable).
* Manage supervisors within the assigned group.
* Act as the point of contact and liaison with vocational schools, job fairs, and other institutions relevant to platform needs.
* Proactively foster relationships with professors and professionals, acting as an ambassador for Westinghouse through talks, fair participation, and similar activities.
* Co‑lead engagement strategy with external stakeholders together with other Platform Leads.
* Optimize resources within the group to maximize utilization.
Requirements
* Experience in Inspection and Steam Generator activities, including NDTs (UT, PT, MT, ET, etc.).
* Experience in the nuclear sector.
* High level of English is essential;
French is a plus.
